Objective:
Design a grid-synced inverter with voltage, current, frequency monitoring and anti-islanding protection.

Subsystems:
DC–AC inverter, SPWM generation, grid synchronization, protection unit

Major Components:
MOSFET/IGBT bridge, IR2110 gate driver, LC filter, transformer, voltage & current sensors, op-amps, relays


2. Bidirectional DC–DC Converter for EV Battery Systems

Objective:
Enable controlled charging and regenerative energy flow in battery packs.

Subsystems:
Buck-boost power stage, current sensing, feedback control

Major Components:
MOSFETs, inductors, shunt resistors, op-amp current amplifier, battery pack


3. Solid-State Circuit Breaker for Fast Fault Protection

Objective:
Replace mechanical breakers with fast electronic fault isolation.

Subsystems:
Current sensing, comparator logic, MOSFET switching

Major Components:
Power MOSFETs, current shunt, op-amp comparator, gate driver


4. High-Efficiency SMPS with EMI & Thermal Analysis

Objective:
Design an isolated SMPS and analyze EMI, efficiency, and losses.
